Putting You at the Heart of Your Community<\/h1><\/div>

Ashton Pioneer Homes (APH) is charitable Community Benefit Society (CBS) and a Registered Provider of Social Housing regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. We are an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation with almost 1,000 homes, situated mainly Ashton-under-Lyne. APH converted to a CBS registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 on 9 November 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div>
